The Höfner HOF-10E-VC is a 4/4 handcrafted cello made from select European tonewoods, reflecting the centuries-old German tradition of violinmaking. Built using classic techniques, it offers an easy response, full-bodied tone, and sonorous projection. Its beautiful antique reddish-brown varnish pays tribute to Höfner’s historic beginnings in Schönbach.
The cello features an Aubert Luxe Belgian-style bridge, ebony fittings, and an Akusticus tailpiece. It is adjusted with Pirastro Perpetual A & D strings and Spirocore Tungsten G & C strings for a balanced and responsive playing experience.
