Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.
This confirms that your order has been received and your payment has been pre-authorized.
We then verify that the item is available for shipment. If, for any reason, an item is temporarily unavailable or on backorder, your pre-authorization will be voided and we’ll notify you immediately.
If your item is ready to ship (typically within five business days), we’ll process your payment and prepare your order for delivery.
Order Shipment
Orders that are in stock will usually ship within five business days from the order date.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours, sent to the email address provided at checkout.
If you haven’t received tracking information within six business days, please contact us at support@musicalstringsusa.com, and we’ll assist you right away.
Shipping Locations
We proudly offer nationwide shipping across the United States and selected delivery to Canada.
If you’re able to complete checkout and enter your shipping address, your order is eligible for delivery and will be shipped promptly and securely to that location.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll make every effort to update your shipping information, but please note that this may cause a short delay.
Any additional delivery fees charged due to an address change will be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Times
All shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed.
We always aim to ship and deliver your order as quickly as possible.
If you decide to cancel an order because it hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, you will be responsible for any related shipping, storage, or processing fees.
Customers who file chargebacks for shipping delays may be held legally responsible for theft.

Shipping Options
Our standard Curbside Delivery is completely free and typically arrives within 5–15 business days after your order is processed.
We also offer upgraded delivery options for added convenience:

Threshold Delivery: Your order is brought to your porch, entryway, or garage.

White Glove Delivery: Your order is delivered directly to your room of choice, includes light assembly, and packaging materials are removed afterward.
