The Höfner HOF-115-GG Violin is a handcrafted Guarneri model made from carefully selected European tonewoods, reflecting the centuries-old German tradition of violin making. Built using traditional techniques, it offers an easy response, full-bodied tone, and sonorous projection for an expressive and rewarding playing experience.
The violin features a beautiful antique varnish inspired by Höfner’s historic roots in Schönbach. It is fitted with ebony Parisian-eye pegs and endbutton, a Despiau “B” level French bridge, an ebony tailpiece with E tuner, and a Guarneri-model ebony chinrest. The instrument comes equipped with Pirastro Evah Pirazzi strings for a rich, powerful, and responsive tonal character.
