Gold Tone CC-100RW: Cripple Creek Resonator Banjo with Wide Fingerboard with Bag

This variant of the venerable CC-100R features a generous nut width of 1 and 5/16" (1/8" wider than that of standard Cripple Creek models). The rolled brass tone ring and the tension hoop are thicker than those previously used, increasing the mass of the pot assembly. This results in a more powerful sound. The CC-100RW also features the Gold Tone Terminator tailpiece, the advanced tailpiece that provides parallel string alignment to the bridge, quick-change stringing, and heavyweight construction that won't bend over time. This is the same tailpiece found on our best banjos. The fifth-string nut is located in line with the fifth fret for accurate fifth-string intonation, so important for today's modern playing styles. The new, slimmer neck makes for effortless playability.
