The OB-250LW is designed for players who love the sound and tradition of the Orange Blossom series but want to reduce the strain of long playing sessions. Instead of a traditional heavy brass tone ring, this model uses a specially machined all-wood “tone rim” crafted from Canadian rock maple. This innovation eliminates nearly three pounds of weight while preserving punchy, satisfying Bluegrass tone.
With a short sustain, crisp response, and less neck/shoulder fatigue, the OB-250LW is perfect for jam sessions, stage performances, or players seeking comfort without sacrificing sound quality. It retains the hearts & flowers inlay, flamed maple resonator, one-piece flange, and GT Master planetary tuners, making it every bit as professional as its heavier sibling. Includes hard shell case. Available in left-handed model.
