The fiberglass construction resists warping, humidity changes, and the everyday bumps of student life, making it a practical choice for young players, school orchestra programs, and rental fleets. The bow features a fully lined ebony frog with Parisian eye and is available in both French and German models to suit player preference. The French model includes a three-part button, while the German model features a solid button.

Tonally, the fiberglass stick offers a stable, flexible feel that gives beginners enough control to develop proper bow hold and basic string crossings. While it won't match the projection or depth of carbon fiber or wood bows, it delivers a clear, playable tone well suited to early learning on the bass.

Available in sizes from 3/4 down to 1/8, the 1088 Core Series fits students at every stage of early development. It's ideal for first-time players, instructors outfitting a studio, and parents looking for a reliable, affordable bow. The wire grip provides a secure hold that supports good hand position from the very first lesson.

Key Features
• Black fiberglass stick
• Fully lined ebony frog with Parisian eye
• Three-part button (French model) or solid button (German model)
• Wire grip
• Available in French or German model
• Durable and resistant to warping
• Available in sizes 3/4 – 1/8

Specifications
Sizes: 3/4 – 1/8
Model: French or German
Stick Material: Fiberglass, black
Frog Material: Ebony, fully lined with Parisian eye
Button: Three-part (French), solid (German)
Grip: Wire
Setup: Ready to use
Included Accessories: None

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0699/3395/7361/files/Untitleddesign_6_823203f7-c269-49a4-ab73-692316dc7189.png?v=1791657953
